TASK I

With your group, choose a theme.  The webmaster should click on THEME above and direct a conversation with the whole group.  

• Do you want a light-colored website or a dark-colored website?  
• Do you want the navigation at the top, in the middle (like this website), or at the side?  
• Please do NOT hit PUBLISH on this platform until you are done with the whole website!!

It's your choice. Once you choose a theme, you are stuck with that design.

Task II

You must finish your ABOUT ME webpage today.  It will be graded Friday morning.

Your "About Me" webpage must have all of the following:

1. ​You need a header that spans the whole area of your webpage.  It must be sized according to the exact size of the header and not so skewed that you cannot see what it is.  Click here for an example.
2. Your biography must be at least 300 words.
3. There is no white space on your page.  You use columns and the columns line up.
4. You have at least 3 images (you can use a slideshow for this).
5. You have at least one video.  If it is not your own video, then you explain the video's significance.
6. You have soundcloud embedded on the page somewhere.

Other TaSks

Webmasters: It is your responsibility to make sure that everyone has put their materials on the right webpage.  It will be YOUR fault if they do not.  Some people's were not posting to the right place on Monday.  This was all fixed but not you have to do this.

Teaching Assistants:  By the end of the night, you need to email everyone and let them know if they have or have not completed TASK II. Email proof of your conversation to [email protected] or you get a zero for this work.

Copyeditors: Edit what people have written anytime tomorrow.  Go right on their pages and edit.

Archivists: You should have taken pix on Monday and some today.  You should have at least 3-5 really good photos by the end of the day.

We are back in the MAC Lab (7.68)

On Monday, be prepared to work on your main Justice page and your justice subpage.  You will need to have all of the following:

1. Your prezi or google slides ready (those of you who have already presented are ahead of the curve here!)
2. Your digital justice log #1 finalized and ready (bring a digital version to class);  this will be your main page--click here for an example
3. ​Your digital justice log #2 finalized and ready (bring a digital version to class); this is your justice subpage--- click here for an example
4. Please also submit digital justice log#3 (for extra credit) in class if you so desire (click here if you would like to see what to do for log #3)
5. ​Be ready to load in images, videos (and music if you like) in the lab
