Re-introduce yourself as class starts and look/walk around the room as much as you are able.
As an opening go-around, tell us these things: a) your name; b) who or what you already presented on; who/what you might present (we want to prevent overlaps)
II. Announcements
Please bring a device AND earbuds next week!
Hype presentations on Thursday from: Nicole, Sara N & Addie, Gabriella
III. Snow Day Re-Organization... Syllabus is now BACK ON TRACK!
Tuesday's homework asks you to write in twitter style about your thoughts about any one of the readings... but you don't have to post to Twitter! Please make sure that you name the author and the title of what you read!
Submission #2 is due this week!
Submission #3-- "ROCK STEADY, BABY"-- has been canceled from the week of canceled classes during the ice storm. If you do the assignment, you will receive three points of extra credit. You might want to take a look at the readings for that theme. Many of you are presenting about music and musicians.
Remember that you have to cite at least one article/ reading from the course in your hype presentations. The "ROCK STEADY, BABY" might be a good week to find a relevant article.
March 9 (the day before spring break) is the last day that you can turn in submissions #1-5. Anyplace on D2L where you are missing a score indicates an assignment you have not done (some of these assignments are nor due yet).
