II. Your Rest Chronicles (from Tuesday's class)
Using time between classes to sit outside, nap, do nothing, go for a walk... or just be
Carving out 15 minutes a day to read the bible
Morning/wake-up rituals; end-of-day sleep-prep rituals
Movies/dinner with close friends... without guilt or thinking about deadlines!
Taking a wellness day (i.e., taking a day off from class)
Taking a nap between classes--- setting it up in your schedule
Be with and present to significant others, friends, family, loved ones... and let the worries go!
A quiet moment to enjoy a cup of tea (notice: this is not the same as getting caffeinated to stay awake!)
Lay in bed, clear the mind, and do nothing even for 15 minutes... schedule in time to rest and decompress
Prayer
Meditation
